Your thoughts never leave your phone.

Asha's AI runs on your device. There is no server reading your conversations, because we don't have one.

What Asha does

Small moments of reflection, every week.

Asha doesn't try to fix you. It gives you space to notice, name and look back on how you feel.

Talk it through

A gentle companion, whenever you need one

Had a rough day? Can't stop replaying an argument? Tell Asha. It listens, asks thoughtful questions and helps you untangle what you're feeling, at 2 am or 2 pm.

YouCouldn't sleep last night because I kept replaying a conversation with a friend.
AshaThat sounds exhausting. Replaying a conversation can keep your mind busy long after it's over. What part of it kept coming back to you?
Check in

Notice patterns before they pile up

A 30-second weekly pulse and a monthly check-in help you reflect on stress, anxiety, burnout and loneliness. Asha brings them together into a simple wellness score, a personal guide for self-reflection rather than a clinical measure.

  • Weekly pulse in about 30 seconds
  • Calendar of your check-ins and chats
  • See how you've been trending

Journal

A journal that writes itself

After you talk, Asha summarises the conversation: what happened, how you felt, and what you were thinking. Over time it becomes a gentle record of your weeks.
